Italian is one of my fave cuisines of all time esp

Italian is one of my fave cuisines of all time especially for fresh pastas and appetizers! I visited @eat.amano in Newmarket for exactly that and my experience was phenomenal! I love their style of open-concept restaurant so you can smell the food before it arrives at your table 😋 Our server was super friendly and offered us a variety of speciality cocktails! ( my favourite would have to be his version of a Cosmopolitan!) As for the food, everything was made super fresh to order with the pastas perfectly al dente! I especially love how their Roman style pizzas were thin and crispy but still loaded with unique topping combos!
