Acclaimed Chef Michael Angeloni hosted a complimentary, hands-on artisinal pasta making class at Newmarket’s Market & Co. Chef Michael educated the class on how to make delicious, fresh pasta, while the attendees enjoyed canapes and cocktails, followed by a seated dinner at Amano, guided by Chef Michael, featuring seasonal plates from the soon-to-be released spring menu. Amano Kitchen believes in following the Italian tradition by sourcing the freshest local ingredients whenever possible. Michael is inspired by his heritage, but not defined by it.
